Penpal still a thing nowadays

 A couple of years ago I saw a news on TV, they were talking about how penpals had become the new trend again. This got me very curious about the subject and I wanted to exchange postcards with people from other countries. Fast forward to nowadays, I have only a penpal friend, she's from Canada and we have never seen each other, but is nice to exchange letters with her.

  Last week a close friend from Brazil asked if we could do this, since we live so far from each other, it appears to me to be a great idea. My first thought was, I already write letters for a person I have never seen in my life, how amazing will be to write something to a close friend. So we shared the idea with another friend, she also loved and now we are exchanging postcards with each other.
